Dear Member & Affiliates:

I welcome you to our Little Rock Realtors Association website.  As an association, we are here to support and educate our members and to connect our members and affiliates.  Under normal circumstances we hold Little Rock Realtors Association General Meetings throughout the year where we come together to network, conduct business meetings and hear from relevant key note speakers.  In 2020, due to the pandemic, we are adjusting to the crisis by holding virtual meetings to conduct our business and continue to educate our members.  *See calendar page for upcoming General Meeting dates.

We also began a new “Lunch & Learn” series in 2020.  This is an opportunity for our affiliate members to speak to our realtor members and educate them on the services provided by that affiliate.  This helps realtors increase their knowledge, which in turn helps them to better serve their buyers and sellers.  Although we were only able to hold one “Lunch & Learn” before the pandemic shut things down, we look forward to holding more of these learning opportunities in the near future.  Look for virtual opportunities soon.  *See calendar page for upcoming Lunch & Learn dates.

Our YPN (Young Professionals Network) committee, chaired by Meg France, normally host gatherings on the first Tuesday of every month to network and socialize.  Although the nationally promoted title begins with “Young”…this is an opportunity for Realtors and Affiliates of ALL AGES and skill levels.  Once again, the pandemic has temporarily suspended these monthly meetings.  However, our YPN committee is working on a t-shirt fundraiser and volunteer opportunities to help with hunger relief in Little Rock.  *See calendar page for upcoming YPN activities.

Our RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) committee is chaired by Stacy Hamilton.  The Realtor Party is a powerful non-partisan alliance working to promote candidates that understand the importance of private property rights.  Funds donated by local licensed Realtors are used to pursue the election of candidates who support Realtor issues and who understand the important role that the real estate industry plays in a healthy economy.  We believe every member has a voice in issues that affect the success of our industry but our voices are louder when joining in the messaging.

We hope you will follow us on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and keep an eye out for email announcements and newsletters to learn about upcoming events!  This year’s themes are MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL.  We hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Allison Pickell, President, Little Rock Realtors Association
