Interested in Becoming a REALTOR® or Affiliate Member with LRRA?
The Little Rock REALTORS® Association's mission is to represent and educate our members to better serve the community. As a member, you will have access not only to other REALTORS® but to our Affiliate Members which provide services and products related to real estate transactions. Your dues amount will be determined based on the date your real estate license was issued to your broker. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! For your convenience, you may also mail your application in, along with your dues to our "contact us" address. Membership dues are "all inclusive", meaning when you pay your dues that includes payment to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Arkansas REALTORS®Association (ARA), and us, the Little Rock REALTORS®Association (LRRA).
Types of Membership:
Residential or Commercial Realtor® and/or Broker
To join the Little Rock Realtors® Association, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the office you hang your license must hold membership with our association. A broker/realtor cannot join the Little Rock Realtors® Association unless their managing broker belongs to the Little Rock Realtors® Association. A broker/realtor wishing to join the Little Rock Realtors® Association must submit a completed New Member Application and full payment of all applicable fees. If you are applying for new membership with the Little Rock Realtors® Association you will need to bring in or mail a check or money order payable to Little Rock Realtors Association or LRRA for first time processing. After you are set up you will be able to pay your dues online via credit card.
Appraiser
An appraiser is represented in the same fashion as a REALTOR® member.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate membership is comprised of people involved in a business related to real estate but who are not a licensed Real Estate Broker, Managing Broker or Appraiser. They may not join NAR and become a REALTOR® but they may join the Little Rock Realtors® Association as an affiliate member.
