· Residential Instructions- Instructions for running sales detail report from CARMLS.
Sample Sales Detail Report - Sales Detail Report – (generally residential and/or commercial transactions that are reported in CARMLS)
Sales that are reported in CARMLS will be represented in this format. Agents who have additional transactions in 2010 that were not reported to CARMLS, may manually add the data to this report following the same format, and attach the appropriate HUD statement for those non-MLS sales.
