Membership dues are "all inclusive", meaning when you pay your dues that includes payment to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA), and us, Little Rock Realtors Association (LRRA). See the breakdown below for current dues.
Realtor® Membership Application
Complete the appropriate membership application form below. Bring your completed form to LRRA's office at 300 Natural Resources Drive. Your dues amount will be determined based on the date your real estate license was issued to your broker (see pro-rated breakdown). Bring a check or cash for payment for your dues. You will receive your New Member packet, which includes instructions on completing the mandatory Code of Ethics online training. You will also schedule your Orientation Session and Induction, based on the available dates. The National Association of REALTORS outlines the formal steps required for membership:
6 Steps To Becoming a Realtor Member:
1. Pay all applicable membership dues and fees.
2. Notifying the general membership of your application.
3. Approval from the Board of Directors
4. Completion of New Member Orientation
5. Successful completion of New Member Code
of Ethics Training
6. Induction
