How do I become a member of the Little Rock REALTORS® Association?

First, you must obtain an Arkansas Real Estate License from the Arkansas Real Estate Commission (www.arec.arkansas.gov) and then join an office where the Broker has designated to be a REALTOR® office. You are then able to apply for membership online through our website at www.LRRA.com

How do I pay my dues?

Dues are paid online annually. You can begin paying early *normally* the first week of December. Dues are due on January 1st and considered late starting February 1st.

What is a NRDS Number?

Your NRDS number is the National REALTORS® Database System identification number. It is assigned specifically to you and should never change.

My email/company info has changed, now what do I do?

Email or call us so we can change it in our system

How do I register for a class, meeting, or event?

Registrations for all ARA events are available on our website though the event link or on our homepage

Who can purchase ARA Paper Forms?

Only Brokers that are licensed in the state of Arkansas are allowed to purchase ARA Paper Forms.

Who can purchase Form Simplicity?

Member office Brokers are allowed to purchase Form Simplicity.

Can I drop by the ARA office to order and pick up ARA Paper Forms?

Paper Forms are picked up and shipped out of our printing company Sir Speedy so it will be more beneficial for you to order them online . Emergency packets are the only Paper forms available to be picked up at the ARA Office.
