It's time…..the 2022-2023 REALTOR® Awards of Distinction is ready for you!   Many of you have had a fantastic year and we are ready to celebrate with you and to promote your success at all levels to the Little Rock Community.

We are going to have a great event for you March 15, 2023 at Pleasant Valley Country Club starting at 5:30 PM. Do not miss out on this fun celebration!  You will want to be in that big advertisement in the Democrat Gazette in March!

Residential- CARMLS web site to download Sales Detail Report .
Commercial REALTOR®- use the excel worksheet on the bottom of the page.  

For those using CARMLS, access this from the person in your office that has Administrator Level Access with CARMLS. They will be the one that will have to download your Sales Detail Report.

Click on the following link at the very bottom to access the APPLICATION that you will fill out online.  Once you fill it out Print 2 (two) copies and bring two complete signed copies of each packet  and a copy of your photo on CD or thumb drive labeled with names and company name  OR NEW THIS YEAR send in your headshot to our DropBox account by clicking here BUT MUST DO SO BEFORE OR AT TIME OF DROPPING OFF RAD PACKET, with you to LRRA.
 
Don’t forget to make 2 copies of everything to be turned in with your packet.

FOR MLS-reported AGENT PRODUCTION (most residential real estate agents will use this form): 

Instructions for running sales detail report from CARMLS.

Sales Detail Report – (generally residential and/or commercial transactions that are reported in CARMLS).  Sales that are reported in CARMLS will be represented in this format.  Agents, who have additional transactions in 2022 that were not reported to CARMLS, may manually add the data to this report following the same format, and attach the appropriate statement for those non-MLS sales.

FOR NON-MLS SALES, COMMERCIAL sales, listings, leases, property management PRODUCTION (most commercial agents will use this form):

• Cover sheet instructions that include the link

• Worksheet—FOR NON-MLS SALES, COMMERCIAL sales, listings, income brought into the brokerage in 2022.

• The RAD Guidelines and Requirements (rules and regs)

• REALTOR Awards of Distinction Interpretations of Guidelines

 

The due date for the RAD packets is Friday January 13, 2023 by 5:00 pm.  Remember the only way we can accept late packets is if the Little Rock School District closes school due to inclement weather. Please do not call with requests for admission of packets after the deadline.
