Stacy Hamilton

Chief Staff Executive/CEO

Stacy@LRRA.com

Stacy entered real estate in 2008, at a time when the industry was grim. She worked her way through a difficult time with determination and grit and became a top producer in Central Arkansas. Stacy was chosen as Little Rock's Realtor of the Year in 2018, and again in 2021. Many local publications have recognized her as a top local Realtor, and Soiree recognized her as one of Little Rock's Best Real Estate Agents for 10 years running. Throughout her career Stacy actively participated in the real estate industry associations locally, statewide, and at the National Association of REALTOR® level. In 2017 Stacy was chosen to be President of Little Rock REALTORS® Association, in 2020 she was President of Central Arkansas Multiple Listing Service (CARMLS), and in 2021-2023 Stacy was elected to be the Arkansas Realtor Association’s District Vice President for District 4. Through her association participation Stacy embraced speaking to various real estate organizations. Stacy is recognized as a dynamic and engaging speaker and communicates her strategies of social media, client relations, marketing, investments (including short term rentals), and negotiations to REALTORS® everywhere.

In 2024 she was appointed as the new Executive Director of Little Rock Realtors Association. She succeeded the previous Executive Director who served for the past two decades. In her new capacity, Stacy will spearhead LRRA's initiatives in providing comprehensive training and fostering political advocacy for the 1,600 agents operating in Central Arkansas. Her dedication to excellence and strategic vision aligns seamlessly with the association's commitment to advancing the real estate profession in the region. Stacy's extensive background and innovative approach make her well-suited to lead LRRA into a new era of growth and success. Stacy also owns The Baker, a boutique luxury hotel in downtown North Little Rock, and is involved in a multitude of short-term rentals. Stacy has two precious little ones, ages ten and seven, who keep her on her toes and make life exciting! Stacy has two nonprofits that are important to her: Ozark Mission Project, a mission-driven organization that brings youth into communities to help repair and improve neighbors’ homes who need assistance, and the Beverly Carter Foundation, which serves to create a lasting, substantive, positive impact on safety for every real estate agent. Stacy has a specialization in historic homes and focuses on maintaining and preserving these important properties in her community.
